When looking for property in London, it is always helpful to find a trustworthy estate agent who will be honest and upfront about their properties before you go and view. Luckily Living London provided a great service and found me a nice place which was exactly how they described it. They even managed to bargain with the landlord to reduce the rent! The process was very simple from laying down a deposit to moving in - as with any estate agents, you do unfortunately have to pay an admin fee which was around 75 and does bump up the cost but the property and service was worth it.
