Please take into account the following fees, which will be applicable once an offer has been put forward to rent a property. Holding Deposit - One week's rent, which will be offset against your initial rental payment upon commencement of your tenancy.
Replacement Tenant Fee (for each replacement tenant) - 50.00 (inclusive of vat) which will cover references, registering the new deposit (if held by Leonard Leese) and preparation of the new tenancy agreement.If there are any other costs incurred by Leonard Leese in order to facilitate the change of tenant, these costs will be provided to the tenant and invoices provided to confirm such costs.
