I had a viewing one of the properties you have listed last week monday. Same day after the viewing I called Mr Dayalan Mahesan and gave my offer. The guide price was 550K and I offered 545K. I was told by Mr Mahesan he will relay my offer will let me know. Today, after a week I saw the house no longer available (It is STC now). I have not received any calls or counter offer by Mr Mahesan. I just want to tell you about my experience and such a low level of service I received from this company. Kind Regards
