Amazing dealership! We came all the way from Twickenham to get our new Volvo as weve read that Volvo Cars Poole provided an amazing customer service. I must admit that it was the best decision we have made this year! We were looked after by Atholl who was an absolute star and made our experience exceptional! We love our new car and no doubt we will be back in 3 years time to renew the lease!

Wonderful customer service! We have purchased two cars from Volvo Cars Poole in the last four years and have had a brilliant experience both times. Their sales people and staff are friendly, competent and knowledgable, particularly James Brangan and William Hemingway on our most recent visit. They went above and beyond and we will not hesitate to use the dealership next time we need to upgrade our main car. We took our children the second time we purchased as we couldn't get childcare. We were made to feel like they were very welcome - they were given some colouring and even a hot chocolate each
