Waterloo Property Management is one of a handful of estate agents which have appeared at this address. All estate agents at this address have participated in identical scams:
- they market properties which are not available for sale.
- Once an offer is accepted on the property they ask for a 2k reserve, which is paid by buyer.
- They then cut off communications, and do not provide any solicitor paperwork.
- After 6 months or more a frustrated buyer will back out, and the estate agent keeps the 2k reserve.
- They repeat this a handful of times and make some money for doing nothing.

When contacting WPM to view a property, the experience was swift and easy. After explaining our difficult circumstances, staff were willing to help and extremely kind. ITS A SCAM!! took our money, weve been calling and emailing almost every other day for over a month. had no reply's and no one answered the phones. Do not use them!
