I instructed AJ Properties as a result of a bad experience with a previous agent. From the outset they were exceptionally professional in the manner which they dealt with the hand over and ensured a smooth transition. They dealt with the tenant and contacted me whenever there was the smallest of issues in respect of the property and when there was, it was dealt with immediately. Happy tenant and happy landlord. AJ properties are the place to rent from. They are so compassionate to any life situations, we have had a struggle this year and weve been very looked after by AJ. I wont rent from anyone else. I believe with any other agency wed of been asked to leave. Thank you AJ for everything youve done for us
