DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! I've got a traumatic experience with this agency, because they will NEVER GIVE YOU BACK THE DEPOSIT PAID for the property! They will try to steel your money in every way also if you will leave the property in perfect conditions, inventing things that are not write in the contract! They charged… us 140£ for the cleening fees, but when we took the house it was a true sheet, was dirty in every corner so they don't really use the money for cleaning it. Plus they don't respect the terms of their contracts and change them as they please

Debra was fantastic throughout the sale process and always kept me in the loop. She chased everything swiftly and has clearly got a lot of sale experience. My house was under offer in 4 days and completed in 2 months. I would have been faster if it wasnt for the slow surveyors, but it seems all surveyors were busy in the area at that time.
