For a 3* it was excellent. Room was a tad small but very comfortable. Order a room service meal of steak and tarte au citron, absolutely top class. Thank you and a big recommendation,

My wife and I went for a three course Christmas lunch at the hotel, yesterday, 6 December. This was the first time we had ever been. Must say, the day was perfect. The facilities were clean and very well presented, the food was beautifully cooked and served, whilst the staff couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming, all at a reasonable price too! Will definitely give this one a go again . . . a great big thumbs up and thank you to everyone who looked after us at the hotel, you are all a credit.

Comfortable room, with nice view of the Cathedral. Main problem was the lift had failed, being on the 2nd floor meant using stairs all the time. Very nice breakfast buffet.

Hotel is what you would expect in the middle of a pandemic. I am sympathetic to that. The staff are young, very obliging and happy whilst possibly work long hours. There are areas for improvement. Blinds/nets/window ledges rather grim. Food although well cooked was again never warm whether it was dinner or breakfast. Again as with the White Hart we wish the Lincoln Hotel only the very best of wishes. On a rather bad note my husband fell in the shower. Step from shower to floor quite deep. Thankfully although he is sore we did not have to visit A&E. I think Health and Safety issue.

A lovely hotel well worth another visit. Great breakfast with a good selection which catered for everyone. Brilliant views of the Cathedral from the room we stayed in .

Good friendly service, excellent view of Lincoln Cathedral from superior room. Ideally situated for up town Lincoln but now in need of some investment. Bit of a care home aroma in some of the public areas
