Ole Ole Tapas is a family run authentic Spanish tapas bar and restaurant in the heart of the historic city of Lincoln. We are a busy, exciting and vibrant restaurant always trying to bring a slice of Spain to Lincoln through our food and service. Catering for everyone from large families and staff parties to couples and friends looking for something a little different.
Established in the summer of 2013, Ole Ole Tapas was the brainchild of both Amador and Alison bringing their expertise and decades of experience of the catering industry to flourish in their very own tapas restaurant. Originally born in the Canary Island of Lanzarote (where the family originally came from) their daughter and both sons decided to join their family venture and follow in the footsteps of their parents and grandparents.
