Invictus Fitness Centre is a state of the art gym that provides the perfect environment for all the family to achieve their fitness goals. We have the very latest equipment, second to none classes and training programs to suit a variety of passions, interests and fitness levels. With fantastic facilities, including a boxing ring, heavy bags and a speed ball, boxing is popular here at Invictus.
We offer classes for older children as well as an adults class. Classes involve pad-work, footwork and various boxing drills to develop your skills as a boxer. We also have an amateur fighting club, who represent us at various fighting events. Our outdoor area is also available to our members during our normal opening hours.

With Hatha & Kundalini Yoga classes on offer, you'll be sure to find a class that makes you feel zen. A non-contact combat class, challenging your fitness and discipline whilst focusing on the skills involved in kickboxing.

Invictus are delighted to be working in partnership with local schools & the DofE as a provider of the physical strand for Bronze, Silver & Gold DofE Awards. DofE memberships are available at 75 for 3 months or 150 for 6 months and includes use of the gym floor, boxing and cardio zones. In order to qualify you must attend the minimum number of sessions required to complete your strand.

Personal training is just that, personal. I work hard for my clients to deliver exceptional training programs. I believe in creating a atmosphere of trust and open dialogue. I have extensive experience of helping people back from injury as well as working with people who have never been in a gym environment.
