James is one of the founding fathers of Temps4Care. Together with Mark Wilkinson, they started the company in 2018. James is the company's operations guru - and he's the glue that allows the rest of the business to concentrate on recruiting. Fran is the heart and soul of Temps4Care, she's the name you're likely to know.
