At every level we employ progressive teaching where the demanding workouts take you one step further than other Pilates classes. We teach you to engage the correct muscles for each exercise, increasing your body awareness and technique. This prevents you from mimicking Pilates exercises and allows you to develop your body and gain a true understanding of what Pilates is.

The Beginners Course is excellent for maintaining joints, a healthy body, good posture and developing a good understanding of the basic Pilates principles. It is also suitable for those looking to improve mobility or wanting help to manage discomfort and pain. The Intermediate Course helps you develop core muscles, flexibility and stamina.

Pilates is a body-conditioning method that works in a different way to other fitness techniques. Targeting the deep postural (core) muscles, it works by building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. It helps to reshape your body, which will become longer, leaner and more toned.
