Services
Osteopathic Treatment
Our osteopathic treatments use gentle manual techniques to improve joint mobility, relieve muscle tension, and reduce inflammation. Ideal for back pain, neck ache, and arthritis, this service combines spinal manipulation with soft tissue work. Patients receive tailored advice on posture and exercise to prevent recurrence.
Back Pain Relief
Specialised care for acute and chronic back pain addresses mechanical issues through targeted osteopathic techniques. Treatment focuses on restoring spinal alignment, easing muscle spasms, and enhancing nerve function. Patients benefit from long-term strategies to maintain back health and prevent future episodes.
Neck Pain Therapy
This service treats neck pain caused by poor posture, strain, or degenerative conditions. Gentle articulation and soft tissue work relieve tension while improving cervical mobility. Patients receive ergonomic advice to reduce strain and prevent recurring discomfort in daily activities.
Arthritis Management
Osteopathic management for arthritis focuses on reducing joint stiffness and pain through mobilisation techniques and muscle relaxation. Treatment aims to improve mobility in affected areas like hips, knees, and shoulders. Lifestyle modifications are recommended to support joint health and daily functionality.
Sports Injury Recovery
Targeted recovery for sports-related injuries such as tennis elbow or frozen shoulder. Treatment includes soft tissue work, joint articulation, and rehabilitation exercises. The goal is to restore mobility, reduce inflammation, and provide injury-prevention strategies tailored to active lifestyles.

Mark is an absolute legend and has helped me enormously with a chronic pain condition. He is very kind and genuinely cares that the treatment is beneficial. I've found his approach much more positive than some other treatments which require you to follow 16 pages of exercises 3 times a day! He suggested some short, and incredibly useful exercises for me which help keep the pain under control. I have no hesitation in recommending him. Thanks Mark for helping me get more mobile and in less pain.

Working as an HCA brings with it a lot of physical wear and tear and with that comes the regular trapped nerve in my lower back . I have been put back in shape by Michael many times over the years and every time I am so grateful .

I have seen Mark Walsh on a number of occasions when my back, neck and hips need tweaking. His professional and friendly approach always puts me at ease before a treatment and the difference in how my back feels afterwards is very noticeable and vastly improved. Highly recommended!
