Grant Sheppard is very professional and friendly, offering me much advice on how my muscles/tendons work in my arm and neck, and how I can help myself when I am at home and work to improve. Posture, I have learned, is everything! So I am working on not slouching when sitting and walking, and the reduction of lower back and knee pain is really good! I am using back muscles that have not been used properly for years, so I am sending a huge thank you to Grant for helping me to get my active life back!
