Services
Osteopathy
Our osteopathy services address musculoskeletal conditions through hands-on techniques. Specialising in back pain, joint issues, and chronic conditions, we use structural and cranial approaches to restore mobility and alleviate pain. Treatments incorporate soft tissue work, joint manipulation, and rehabilitative exercises tailored to individual needs. This holistic approach helps patients achieve lasting relief from conditions like sciatica, arthritis, and sports injuries.
Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy treats chronic musculoskeletal conditions using acoustic waves to stimulate healing. Effective for plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, and shoulder pain, this non-invasive treatment accelerates tissue repair and reduces inflammation. Our certified practitioners use EMS DolorClast technology to deliver targeted therapy, often achieving significant improvement in 3-5 sessions without requiring surgery or medication.
Gait Analysis
Gait analysis identifies movement pattern abnormalities through advanced video technology. By assessing walking/running mechanics, we diagnose causes of recurring injuries and biomechanical inefficiencies. The service includes treadmill testing, frame-by-frame analysis, and personalised corrective strategies to improve performance while reducing injury risk for athletes and general patients alike.
Laser Therapy
K.Laser therapy accelerates tissue healing using specific light wavelengths. This non-thermal treatment reduces inflammation, alleviates pain, and promotes tissue regeneration for conditions like osteoarthritis and soft tissue injuries. Our class 4 laser system delivers precise energy to stimulate cellular metabolism, enhancing recovery from muscle tears, post-surgical wounds, and chronic pain conditions through natural biological processes.
Manual Therapy
Manual therapy combines advanced techniques for musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Our sports therapists utilise mobilisations, dry needling, and therapeutic exercises to treat acute injuries and chronic pain. The service focuses on restoring function through tailored rehabilitation programs that improve flexibility, reduce scar tissue, and prevent future injuries while addressing underlying biomechanical issues contributing to patients' conditions.

Questions
What conditions do you treat?
We treat musculoskeletal conditions including back pain, neck pain, sciatica, joint issues, sports injuries, and chronic conditions like fibromyalgia through osteopathy and complementary therapies.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is required. We accept self-referrals and work closely with GPs when needed, maintaining professional communication throughout your treatment journey.
What happens during initial consultation?
Your first visit includes a comprehensive case history (10-15 mins), physical assessment, and initial treatment. We explain findings clearly and develop your personalised treatment plan during this 45-60 minute session.
Are treatments covered by insurance?
Most private medical insurance policies cover osteopathy. We recommend checking with your provider beforehand. We provide necessary documentation for insurance claims and direct billing where available.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement. For lower body treatments, bring shorts; for upper body issues, a vest top. We provide appropriate draping for comfort and privacy during treatments.
How many sessions will I need?
Treatment plans vary by condition. Acute issues may resolve in 3-4 sessions, while chronic conditions typically require 6-8 sessions. We review progress regularly and adjust plans based on your individual response to treatment.

Thoroughly impressed. Gus my Osteopath is incredibly knowledgable, friendly, and was great at explaining what he was doing and why. He sorted my piriformis issue out in just a few weeks. It was really hampering my weight training and now because of him I'm able to continue to progress on with no issues. Thank you so much Gus. You're a magician!!
