Chantry Health was founded by Lynne Russell in 2002 after qualifying from a four-year training in homeopathy. As Chantry Health Homeopathy grew, it felt like a natural progression to broaden the therapeutic tool kit, developing the practice to offer even more support when people felt stuck. Life and Business Coaching, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Hypnotherapy were added, and Chantry Homeopathy evolved into Chantry Health.

I offer homeopathy appointments at both clinics in East and West Sussex, and also via Skype for those unable to reach Lewes or Barns Green. I have specialised in offering women information and support at menopause for over 18 years. Drawing on my range of therapies and experience in taking a more natural approach to menopause support. I offer help at both clinics in Sussex and via Skype. Although a natural and important life stage for women, this time in our lives can bring with it a range of challenges.

NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Neuro refers to your neurology; Linguistic refers to language; Programming refers to how that neural language functions. In other words, learning NLP is like learning the language of your mind. It can help us update old patterns and scripts, adopting more resourceful approaches - much like updating our computer software when we start experiencing technical glitches.
