Services
Back Pain Treatment
Our osteopaths address back pain through hands-on techniques, targeting muscle tension, joint mobility, and postural imbalances. We focus on identifying root causes, such as poor ergonomics or past injuries, to provide lasting relief. Patients receive tailored advice on posture and exercises to prevent recurrence.
Cranial Osteopathy
This subtle, non-invasive technique treats infants, children, and adults by addressing cranial and spinal imbalances. It alleviates conditions like colic, headaches, and birth trauma. Practitioners use light touch to encourage natural healing, making it ideal for sensitive or anxious patients.
Sports Injury Rehabilitation
We specialise in rehabilitating sports injuries, including sprains, strains, and joint issues. Treatment combines manual therapy, exercise prescription, and advice on injury prevention. Our goal is to restore mobility and strength, enabling a safe return to activity.
Children's Osteopathy
Tailored treatments for infants and children address birth trauma, postural issues, and developmental concerns. Using gentle cranial techniques, we support natural growth and alleviate discomfort. Parents receive guidance on fostering their child's musculoskeletal health.
Online Consultations
Remote video consultations provide accessible care for patients unable to visit in person. These sessions focus on symptom assessment, exercise guidance, and postural advice. They ensure continuity of care while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Without a doubt, Sacha and her team are the best osteopathic practice in Worthing. I have been a patient here for over 18 years (and yes, I have tried other osteopaths/chiropractors) and even though there may be months between needing to see her, the greeting upon arrival is friendly and the consultation is always thorough - she will always explain any issues and talk you through each step of the treatment. I couldn't recommend this practice enough!

Sacha & the team are so incredibly knowledgeable, supportive & professional. I cannot rate them highly enough. I have multiple degenerative conditions and have tried many types of therapy with varying degrees of success.
Sacha & the team have treated the whole me & I am not only experiencing significantly reduced pain levels but have managed to get back movement I lost decades ago! Go here! You will not regret it :)
