Spent thousands, saw no difference in my skin condition. Very expensive for it to not work at all. Good dietary advice, but you could find that advice (for free online) if you do your own research.

Saw Mazin for acne. First formula I liked and saw improvements (which i now think was due to something else i was taking for my liver), but the second formula really upset my gut and caused other unpleasant symptoms that were brushed off as stress, and worsened my skin. Things that I thought were behind my acne were dismissed as fiction like a typical GP doc would. Ive since done tests with a naturopathic doc which have shown what I suspected and more and doing well with her protocol to tackle my root causes. The Chinese herbs are also incredibly expensive.

I came for acupuncture with Virginia Wood to help with insomnia and frequent urination. I think she did too strong a treatment on a first session with someone with a dysregulated nervous system. I had an emotional breakdown following the treatment and have still not fully recovered almost two weeks later. Virginia did offer a free treatment but I felt too traumatised to go back. Be careful with Acupuncture and ask to have treatments explained to you before you agree to proceed.
