I had a pain in my right arm and decided to visit Claire because I didnt want just painkillers that I knew a GP would give me. The pain was stopping me doing weights at the gym so I wanted it looked at. Claire gave me a thorough examination and it turned out the problem was with my rotator in my shoulder/back. After approx 4 visits Im back in full training with no pain at all. Looking forward to seeing Claire in the new year for a massage. Thank you Claire for sorting out my shoulder.
