Is pain or stiffness holding you back from doing what you want to do? I can help you to resolve or better manage your pain and restrictions so you can focus on what is important to you. Pain can be a sudden event, caused by an accident or an unexpected spell of physical work, overdoing it in the gym or turning awkwardly in bed.
Sometimes pain is a long lasting thing that builds gradually, maybe over months or years, and slowly reduces your ability to get on with life in the way you used to. Pain can also be related to long term medical conditions such as fibromyalgia, ME and arthritis, or may be the after effect of surgery like a hip or knee replacement.

Report
Your first appointment will start with me taking a detailed case history. I will ask you to describe the problem that has brought you to seek my help and then we will talk through any current or past history of other problems that might be related. I will also ask you about your current and past medical history, including things like heart problems, medication, previous injuries or surgeries and so on.
What to Expect
Report
You are likely to be asked to remove some items of clothing during examination and treatment as it is important that I am able to make an accurate diagnosis and this will make it easier. However, please don't feel under any pressure to do this, if you prefer to remain as fully clothed as possible this will be respected, just be sure to wear something loose-fitting and flexible, especially avoiding jeans or other inflexible trousers.

Some onsite parking is available and there are several nearby pay and display car parks, walking distance from train station and just off the high street. After exiting the station turn left and walk down the hill on Railway Approach toward Tonbridge High Street. Walk past the roundabout and keep to the pavement on the left (past Fisk and Chips).
