Had a blocked Loo Boxing Day morning, phoned John 7.30 as it was an emergency, he arrived with half hour and successfully unblocked it for us, what a superb service! I can highly recommend a first class service like this

I have recently had my bathroom refurbished and can highly recommend this company. They turn up when they say they will. They work solidly all day, do the job without going off somewhere for days, except when they had a good reason such as when the plaster had to set. Kept us informed as to what was happening. But most of all did a very good job with minimum of mess, which was cleared up every evening. Very competitively priced too. A company which I feel does put the customer first. Any other jobs I may need doing in future I will definitely be asking them to do for me.

Contacted John as he was recommended to me by a family member. We were having problems with our heating system, was very slow and not very hot and occasionally displaying an error on the boiler. John was available to come and look at the boiler etc the same day and I felt he was very knowledgeable and honest about our options. He suggested a power flush of the whole system, new air vents in the loft and a general cleaning of the entire system, including the radiators and pump. He was able to do this shortly after and he showed us what he was doing throughout and also took photos of the before and

Very happy with their service! We had no heating as boiler had lost pressure and they came out straight away to help. They explained why it had lost pressure and showed me what to do if it happened again. Will definitely use them again! :)
