Highly recommend this company. They came round and fixed my boiler quickly and did not disappoint with their level of professionalism or knowledge. They made sure they cleaned up after themselves and they did not patronise me in their explanations on what they was doing when I had questions. Very happy customer!

I've used this company for many years however the service has slowly deteriorated. I had to wait ages for them to come as they cancelled the first visit and out of the four problems I had they only fixed one...Well that's what I thought until the overflow started dripping again and it's now running down the inside of my walls. Make that 0/4 problems fixed! They were also supposed to get back to me about two taps and a pump in the shower but I've heard nothing.

We rang in the evening and got an appointment on the following morning. 2 plumbers arrived promptly and fixed the boiler. It was simply repressurizing the system which I should have known how to do, they had to return 5 minutes after they left as I had inadvertently reduced the pressure again by bleeding the radiator. Would use them again.
