I have worked with Neil's company Harpers for over 5 years now, big jobs and small (from replacing a boiler and an oil tank to fixing a leaking pipe). Every single time the work has been of top quality. Highly professional, very responsive (same day responses on emergency and even non-emergency work eg fitting a new shower, plumbing a new washing machine). I have no hesitation in recommending this company and have done so many times.
