Tofu, asparagus, mixed seasonal vegetables and bean sprouts with fine rice noodles in a classic miso soup. Fine rice noodles topped with sliced beef, raw beansprouts, pickled vegetables and coriander, sat in a bowl of classic Vietnamese beef broth.
