I booked the repair appointment on line and got a slot a few days later. It helps to know your model and serial number when you book. Very often when I ring repairers/ technicians, they dont answer their phone or reply to the messages Ive left so being able to book on line made it less stressful. The electrician came on the day booked and within the time slot specified. He wore a mask and followed Covid protocol. Paul was a very pleasant man who quickly diagnosed the problem, told me how much it would cost and then fitted the new part. I would definitely use this service again.

I used Aztec Domestics to replace an integrated fridge freezer as my old one could not be repaired. They gave me a couple of options and were able to supply and fit in 3 days. Fitting was done quickly and efficiently and they remove the old appliance and dispose of it properly. Great job guys. Steve at Coversure Insurance Chorley.
