After a disgusting customer service with Currys PC world in Burnley ,It was suggested that we came to you by an NHS colleague. A warm welcome by a lovely lady behind the counter .a swift and professional search to find the product we needed ,polite ,understanding of our needs. A thorough explanation of the policies ,protocols and procedures pertaining to our purchase and extended warranty. No sales waffle , no hard push for a sale ,no mention of "Warranty extended insurance"

Fantastic service! Rang about a new washing machine on Monday and it was installed on Tuesday. Unlike other on-line providers, I was able to speak to someone on the phone to discuss options. Would recommend.
