The first call-out didn't sort the problem with the dryer so they came and took it away at a reduced cost. Dropped it back off out of hours, which was really appreciated. Very helpful throughout!

Absolute disgrace of a business. Wanted to charge my 84 year old father over 50 for a simple 2 minute job of re-attaching the bracket at the back of his cooker to the wall. When he explained that he couldn't afford that amount, the repair man phoned the shop and the lovely woman on the other end told him to revert the repair back to it's former state. What a lovely person!! I've shared this to all my social media too just to warn people not to go near these bandits.

Awful service. Installed machine before bank holiday. Was fitted incorrectly so my husband had to reinstall and replace the damaged hose. Their response 'nothing we can do'. Avoid this company.
