I have never spoken to primerepair before. I had a major issue with my daughter's oven. I got an automated response from the company and a text from Luke within 30 minutes. He asked what the problem was and responded immediately with an all inclusive price. The first available appointment was 24 hours, which was great, and Luke said he would be there between 4.00pm and 6.00pm. Luke arrived within the scheduled time frame, was extremely polite and knowledgeable and fixed the oven within 20 minutes. My daughter, who is on her own with small children felt very comfortable in Luke's presence. Thanks

Excellent efficient service. Very friendly and helpful. Offered to repair the same day but I chose the following day in the evening. A fixed price repair with work guaranteed for 12 months. I will not hesitate to recommend or use Luke's company again.

I messaged Luke about repairing my oven and was impressed by how promptly he replied. Within minutes I had arranged for my oven to be repaired the following day. I received a two hour time slot and then on the actual day of repair a more precise time. Luke was professional from start to finish. He maintain social distancing throughout his visit and completed the job quickly. I would definitely recommend him.

Prime Repair did a great job at fixing our oven. Easy to contact, they came out very quickly and offered a time in the evening that worked well to avoid having to take the time out of work.
Luke our Engineer was great, when he first arrived and didn't have the correct part he apologised and came back the next day to do the fix. Very reasonably priced and a good service overall so that's the reason for the 5 stars! I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again if any of my other appliances broke! Thanks

Luke 'fixed' our dryer and 2 weeks later it has broken again and he is no longer replying to my messages or phone calls. Would not recommend.
