Wonderful, brilliant, fantastic, awesome, idyllic, tasty, relaxing, beautiful, friendly and fun. If you have an experience like us, you'll love it. So, if you can, don't think about it too much. Just go. The staff in this hotel are probably the most universally lovely I have experienced in many years of staying at many, many hotels.

Whilst the hotel may be a little tired the attentiveness of the staff and management was 2nd to none. From the start of our Christmas experience every detail was thought off and the hotel went over and above to make our stay as special as possible. Nothing was too much trouble! The food was exceptional and cannot be faulted in any way. The hotel is soon to undergo a major renovation and will be closed for some months but I cant wait to return. so a big thanks to all that were involved In making our Christmas Stay magical

Just had our Christmas at Langdale.. last time was 2015 .. it’s a lovely hotel - superb location , fabulous food and great atmosphere.. what makes it special apart from all this is the wonderful team .. they are great .. every one … thanks for making Christmas special.. 🎄🎄🎄.

This has been one of the best hotel breaks I've experienced, great room, great food, friendly and helpful staff, and superb views of the Windermere lake.
