Great little B&B for those who are just looking for a base camp when visiting and exploring the lake district. A little, but that's not necessarily a bad point if you're not concerned about luxuries.

Garry and Julie are excellent hosts and this is our go to BnB whenever we visit the Lake District. Peaceful and quiet just a bit further from the heart of Bowness. Highly recommend!

It was absolutely lovely! The staff were so nice and lovely and the room was perfect. The house is a nice walk from the lake and there are cute nice restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay at Lynwood guesthouse the next time I come to Windermere. Me and my friends enjoyed it here very much! Thank you xx

Lovely home with all comforts. The host was very friendly and hospitable. Absolutely no troubles while staying there. The market is a few meters away with bars and restaurants. Excellent choice.
