This is a fantastic guesthouse centrally located for the town centre and Bowness. Welcoming, clean, inviting all with a brilliant business owner that is so friendly and professional. A MUST stay if you are in Windermere! The room (number 1) included a balcony with a heater if required. Comfortable and so clean! The breakfast was lovely and plenty of options to keep you going. Thank you Ian. I hope to see you again in the near future!

A warm and welcoming place to stay positioned within a 10 minute walk from all of the bars and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner Ian. Highly recommended
