Great location, within walking distance cafes, bars, restaurants and lake Windermere. Our rooms was comfortable, tea, coffee, tv and comfortable bed. Car parking available. Great breakfast choice and was good breakfast.
Hosts very nice and welcoming. Told us about local walk off the main road for walking down to the marina. I would definitely stay again.

This place doesn't deserve 5 star that's not enough Gail & Steve the owners everything sparkle clean I can't wait to stay in this guest house again

Would 100% recommend! Fantastic customer service and great little place to stay. Owners were fab and they made sure there was space for my car for parking when i arrived. Will be back in the future :D

Would not recommend! Phoned to make an enquiry about our stay and I was horrified by the owner Gail attitude and dealings with the whole matter. With the year we have had, it does not take much to be kind. Shame on you.
