I cant recommend this company enough I was referred to Andrew Perrin by my own Solitors to deal with a lease extension on a flat I own in solihul the first time I spoke to Andrew he explained what needed to be done he was straight on to it and got it all sorted out very quickly in a very professional manner a great man at his job and takes time to speak to you and answer any questions you need answers to definitely deserve five stars and would highly recommend this firm and most definitely Andrew Perrin.
