Louise and the team at Acres were very attentive with every aspect of the sale of my property. Their valuation of my property was fair and realistic which helped to manage my expectations being a first time seller. Communication was clear with regards to viewings and feedback was given in a timely manner. When it came to the point of sale, they recommended a range of local legal firms which is very useful to have as opposed to a generic firm located in another city. They kept me fully informed during the sale of the property and I am incredibly grateful for their hard work.

Louise and the whole team at Acres (Beeches Walk) have been brilliant from start to finish. Acres not only sold our property but also found our new home for us. They went above and beyond, keeping us informed of new properties and arranging early viewings. Once the sale and purchase was agreed, their contracts team chased all the solicitors involved (daily at times) to make sure the move went through.
