We sold our house with Rice Chamberlain earlier this month. Every time I called their office, whoever answered knew all the details of the progress of the sale. To me, that proved that they care about their clients and made us feel like valued customers. They were always on hand to provide advice when needed, while their communication throughout the sale was first class. While they were always friendly and helpful, what shone out was their professionalism. I feel very confident that no other Estate Agent could have provided a better service than Rice Chamberlain did for us and I have no hesitation

Excellent service on rental of our family home for 10-months while we're away travelling. Helpful & supportive from start to finish. Rice Chamberlains were recommended to me by a neighbour who had used them previously and their service did not disappoint. Customer Service is EXCELLENT. Selling a house can be difficult, so to have my expectations set, and met was more than I could ask for. Nothing was too much trouble, someone was always available to speak to and always came back to me when I needed them to. Can't recommend them enough. Special shout to Sarah & Molly who are fantastic at what they do.
