I travelled from London to Leamington Spa couple of weeks ago. I suppose to have a viewing with Jeremy. He didn't show up and didn't bother to email me or call me. Later that day I have seen the property was under the offer but the fact he couldn't be bothered to let me know just shows...

I got a apartment on rent from them. They were very professional throughout the process. I did not face any challenge because of the lockdown.
