Stephen Gray is a crook. He acted very friendly until it was moving out time. He'll do anything not to give you you're deposit back even when house has been cleaned and proof of all bills paid shown. When we moved in he showed us kitchen bulbs that didn't work and he told us not to worry about them, when we moved out he detucted money for each individual bulb.
Got about half of the deposit back eventually after a month. Avoid!!
