A fantastic experience working with Black and Golds on the purchase of a house. A particular shout-out has to go to Suzi who was intrinsic in taking what is usually a very stressful process and ensuring it all ran smoothly efficiently. It really does show just how important estate agents are in the house conveyancing process and having had some really bad experiences in the past this was a true breathe of fresh air!

Black & Gold provided a brilliant, friendly and really good value for money service. The added bonus was that we were able to borrow their van on day of moving free of charge - this was a massive help and saved us some money. I would definitley recommend the team and would happily use them again (not that I intend on moving for a long time :))
