Thinking of buying, selling or renting property in Hodge Hill, Castle Bromwich and Saltley? Alex Smith and Company have been operating since 1983 (before that as Lee Shaw and Millsum), as a firm of Estate Agents acting in property sales on the east side of Birmingham. Many online agents lack local market knowledge of the area, using call centre staff to manage enquires.
Viewings are normally done by YOU and not them, and they charge you upfront fees, even though your property is not sold yet. At Alex Smith & Co you will receive the personal touch with knowledgeable, friendly staff who boast decades of experience. Whether it's your first time walking in or calling our office through to our accompanied viewing service, our staff will give you time and expertise.

Selling
Report
Alex Smith & Company sell houses all over the East side of Birmingham coming out of the City through Alum Rock, Saltley, Washwood Heath and Ward End. At the Fox & Goose where our Hodge Hill office is located we then sell in Hodge Hill, Stechford, Kitts Green, Bromford Bridge and Shard End. Also covering Kingshurst, Smiths Wood, Chelmsley Wood, Castle Vale, Water Orton and Coleshill.
Epc
Report
The Government abolished the HIP (House Information Pack) in 2010 although it was still insisted that an EPC was required for every property coming onto the housing market. An EPC is an Energy Performance Certificate. You will be used to seeing them on a range of products, especially on electrical items such as fridges, freezers and washing machines.
