Dr D@t@ri@ is a very patronising and unhelpful GP. Speaks to you like you are a 2year old. Plus calling this GP surgery is horrendous to get any answers. They have no compassion or understanding, full-stop!!! They should not get any money from the government for treating their customers Patients so poorly. They get their government funding regardless of their actions!!!!

Generally seem busy and reluctant to provide care for the issue at hand. I generally avoid going to the Dr's as a rule of thumb but I always feel like I've wasted my time when I've gone here. There are things we've been advised as being trivial here and then called 111 who have sent us to the hospital instead. Everyone makes mistakes but this feels like a culture more than an error. We have seen a couple of good Dr's here too but this seems less regular now.

I can say one thing, you cannot rely on a health service that is afraid and afraid of the patient, and takes money for it. wants to give advice over the phone without any examination and checking of the patient.

First class service. My 94 year old mum spent an hour with the doctor yesterday. Full examination. Addressed all her issues. Doctor and nurse were so kind. Well done!

Awful clinic. Booking takes hours, not given time slots, so you just wait and wait until they decide to call you. Reception is like an unbreakable wall that does not allow to solve your problems, they just put more in your way.

The service has gone downhill for past 10 years. Every here knows the good old days with Lowfield GP, the legends like Dr. L & Snr family and Miss B, one of the greatest family docs in town, period. But these new GPs (I dont want to name) is plain rude and demeaning bullies by the alias name of Mrs D who sits in the front office of the yellow room, is this what our taxpayers of Dartford pay for?!. Rude demeaning comments about health!
Ive seen old ladies wait at the back of the queue. Lowfield ward isnt the same anymore.
