There is close to zero chance getting any support in case you need urgent consultation... Never had to book an appointment in advance so can't comment in terms of that service, but I have had a bad experience trying to book anything on the day...

Can never get through for an appointment...call at 8am or 12 noon it's the same...but the call does get connected after 9am and 1pm!!!! Can anyone tell me how to get a d9c consultation especially wen ur ill n have to keep calling..its frustrating n depressing and painful inhuman....

Gp can be good sometimes but when told to phone at 8 for an appoiment can never gegt through and then when/if you get through you can never get an appointment. Some of reception staff are nice/polite but not all

Excellent service here many issues resolved very complex issues dealt with over the past year. The practice manager Zoe has been very helpful and very quick to sort out any requests. The reception staff are also very thorough and polite. Good surgery.

Can't praise the team at Southend Medical enough. All of the staff have been friendly and helpful, and Dr. Ozturk in particular has been amazing. Absolutely would recommend this surgery to everyone.

I'm leaving an additional positive review as I've had a few more appointments with my doctor. I continue to find the receptionist staff helpful and friendly. My doctor has been very helpful and referred me for plenty of tests. I have the constant feeling that my medical health is being taken seriously and that things are moving forwards.
