Fareham Osteopathic Centre was established over 30 years ago by Terry Alldridge because he believed strongly that we all deserve to enjoy the best of long-term health. But of course, not everything is under our control, and most of us will at some point suffer an injury or develop chronic aches and pains.

Cain trained at the College of Osteopaths in North London. Cain is a keen sports person who enjoys playing football, golf and cricket. Through his sporting interests Cain has developed his skills in treating sports injuries using myofacial, muscle energy and good all round structural osteoapthic techniques.

As a Member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, with an IIHHT Diploma in Reflexology, NCVQ Certificate in Body Massage, and NVQ Level 3 in Aromatherapy, she can provide a varied range of treatments to suit your individual requirements.

After a number of years in business and raising my family, I achieved my life-long ambition to work in health and medicine. I studied a four-year, full-time Chiropody & Podiatry course at The London Foot Hospital - University College London - where I obtained a BSc Honours degree.

All registered Chiropodists and Podiatrists train in medicine and anatomy, covering many diseases including Diabetes, Arthritis, Heart and Circulation, Biomechanics, skeletal problems, etc.At the London Foot Hospital, we studied alongside the medical students, and underwent three years of manual-skills training and practice, treating real patients.
