I was introduced to Dawan (Wellbanks Director) by a colleague of mine from work who was having difficulty obtaining a mortgage product. My wife and I had found the property of our dreams and we had already mentally moved ourselves in! I know, very bad to do so, but the property ticked every box. We made an offer and it was accepted but in order to show the agent and the vendor our intent we needed to get to valuation quickly to fend off competition. We had lost another property months earlier due to the cumbersome way in which high street banks process mortgages.

From applying for a property right through until gaining tenancy, the process was extremely smooth and hassle free. The everything online process made a 2/3 weeks job into a day or 2 to finalise. Very happy with the customer service.
