I am so pleased to have made the decision to have Medway Premier Homes manage our flats. Their (evidently) robust tenant-finding process has found us tenants that are paying on-time and not causing any issues. Any issues that have arisen (mostly utilities-related), Keeran and Ralph have gone above and beyond what I expected from a fully managed service to ensure problems are dealt with. Some of the issues have meant multiple visits as well as multiple phone calls at all hours! They are very approachable and very amenable. I initially approached the agency due to a recommendation and honestly, Im so glad for the decision I made. The experience has been smooth-sailing, professional, & extremely helpful.
