I have just sold a house with Ben Siggins and I cannot fault them, they were responsive, helpful and friendly throughout the very quick sale. The photos were excellent and the property sold straight away. At no point did I need to chase anyone and Jody especially made the process smooth and easy with her prompt and organised response to things that came up. We have previously sold twice with an online agent, which on paper seems cheaper, but the service was so excellent at Ben Siggins, and they also managed to gain a higher priced sale on the property, thus covering the slightly higher fees.
