Accommodate has evolved for over 100 years into its present form, dealing exclusively with residential and small business premises in the Southern Thames Gateway area - believe it or not, originally starting as a transport company by a soldier just demobilised having served in World War I.We concentrate on an area from the Bexley border, up to the Medway towns and south to the Kent County town of Maidstone.

I have been a tenant of Accommodate for 13 years and I have always found them to be very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. If I have a repair that needs carrying out they always make sure that it is carried out quickly and to a high standard. I have enjoyed my time in the property and feel that Accommodate and all it's staff have been very helpful and have made living here a great experience.

This requests information about yourself and your finances. There are no fees for this process. The aim is to complete these checks within 5 days. We would naturally be concerned if you have been party to legal proceedings for debt, but it does not mean your application would be automatically declined.
