We used Peter James to rent out both of our rental houses, and then to sell them when we wanted to release the equity. Both houses were sold just weeks prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, which made everything that much harder. Peter dealt with both sales professionally and the communication was great, especially during a buyers wobble with the situation. He made a stressful situation easier.
