Shocking estate agent stay well clear they take months to reply and also they put your rent up without telling you making you get into arrears

I have contacted several estate agents regarding properties via either Zoopla or Rightmoves. All other agents at least acknowledge your correspondence or get back to you, even if the property is no longer available, but not this company. I appreciate we are experiencing challenges at this time, but good manners seem to have failed this company.

I have been a tenant with linda matthews for over 2 years and about to move to another property using them agian. I have never had any issues with dealing with Linda Mathews and if repairs are needed then they are done quickly. Also there fees are fair and the application process is straight forward.

Not sure why they have bad reviews? I moved here from Essex not knowing any areas but they found me an absolutely stunning flat and was absolutely hassle free to rent it. I can't praise them enough... The couple of issues I've had they have dealt with them extremely fast and efficiently. Would recommend to anyone.
