If you are looking for a local agent to sell your home, then look no further. Home estate agents will go over and beyond everything you expect from an agent. Nothing is too much trouble for them at anytime. They achieved the full asking price for me in 48 hours and pushed the sale through in two months! After a frustrating period trying to sell our house with another agency, we moved across to Home. They were able to generate new interest in the house even after missing the key first couple of months, and have been great from start to finish. Constant communication, no chasing needed for queries, available at all times either by phone or email, and just generally nice people to deal with. Special shout outs to Matt and Dan during initial buying/selling, Julia and Matt (again) once all agreements were in place, and also Tom right at the start of the process. Can't fault anyone, thank you guys!

Chloe in Sales Progression (Leigh on Sea) was absolutely amazing in helping to push through the purchase of our new property to exchange. She was extremely proactive in dealing with both solicitors and other estate agents in the chain and was always readily available without fail. I would recommend using Home just for her!
