KHP have a dedicated new homes office that specialises in the sale of new homes (either off plan or constructed) and supporting developers from the point of concept through to build. We have theexperience and the ability to cover the areas of West Malling, Maidstone and Tonbridge. Kings Hill is our particular specialism having been working with the developers here for the past 10 years.

We are proud to be actively involved in supporting our local communities. In Kings Hill we sponsor the local cricket, football and golf teams and we support primary school fund raising events. In the Paddock Wood area we like to support the annual carnival, the football team, primary school and community groups.

We're frequently asked which areas we cover and that's a difficult question to answer on the basis that we'll go wherever we're asked to (within reason!). We sell property throughout Kent but I would define our areas as covering Kings Hill, West Malling, Paddock Wood, Marden, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Snodland and all surrounding suburbs and villages.
