I've worked closely with Jack as part of a World Bank mission in Scotland. His Arabic-English and English-Arabic translation was great. He's accurate, efficient, and can smoothly navigate various settings (one-to-one, focus groups, workshops with 20+ participants, etc.). Highly recommended - Jack and, more generally, iTranslation.

We have been using iTranslation service on our worldwide app which has a daily user number of a million. ITranslation Service is an incredible organisation that works on B2B language solutions. They were quick to respond to my email, followed up with in-depth questions which added so much value to our team. They helped us understand our own message on a deeper level and so we were able to apply some of the lessons learned on latter publications. We started with them with a small overspill as we had our own in-house translators. After only two months, the management took the decision to dismantle our own translation department and partner with iTS instead. They were able to take the full load. 9 million
